NUSAMULTI CENTRALESTARI had an inventory over hundreds of metal stamping dies and welding/control jig within its premises.

DIES/MOULDING
A lot of products that PT. NUSAMULTI CENTRALESTARI produce required to be in such high precision and dimension, therefore for most of the metal works involved, they use a high-precision metal stamping dies. In order to reduce the cost of making the metal stamping dies, they assemble a team and a workshop within the factory that specialize in designing and making the high-precision metal stamping dies.

WELDING/CONTROL JIG
Every welding job of the metal parts is welded using a permanent jig that helps the products to maintain its dimension with specific tolerance and minimize the metal deflection due to the high temperature welding process. Everytime a prod-uct is released from the welding jig, it will have the same specification and tolerance as the rest of the components.

QUALITY CONTROL
Before a product flow out of each process and into the next process, a QC personnel will check with their equipments and make sure that the parts going out of their division has undergo the correct process and have met the required standards.
